For suite reservations and conference room reservations, please call 419-746-2900. We will be happy to book your reservation for each of our different styles of rooms; however, we cannot guarantee the location of your room. Please be assured each room has a wonderful view!!! A list of rooms and pricing is available below. A limited number of rollaway beds and pack-and-plays will be available upon request on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservation and Cancellation policy:A first night’s deposit per suite is required upon reservation. The deposit may be made by either check or credit card and a credit card number must be on file for each suite to guarantee your reservation at Kelleys Island Venture Resort. The holder of the credit card used must be present at check-in and occupying the suite reserved. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your stay for a $30.00 processing fee per suite. Cancellations made within 14 days of the date of the reservation will forfeit the entire deposit per suite. There are no exceptions! Check-in time at Kelleys Island Venture Resort is 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. The balance of your stay will be due upon check-in. Payments may be made by cash, money order, or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted on your arrival date. Damage or theft from our resort is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of damage to the suites or property, evidence of smoking in our non-smoking facility, or theft of Kelleys Island Venture Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. A price list of these items will be available for your convenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Kelleys Island Venture Resort.
